Data collected and purposes

  • Journey estimate: pick-up and destination addresses, date and time. They are used solely to calculate the route and price and are not linked to your identity.
  • Booking and quote requests: name, phone number, email (optional), flight or train number (optional), journey details and additional information. They are used to process your request, organise the ride, contact you and issue the invoice.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and of the transport contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), and accounting obligations for invoicing (Article 6.1.c).

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the chauffeur, Sébastien Hogrel. It passes through the website and email hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd). It is never sold, rented or used for marketing purposes without your consent.

To calculate the route, the addresses you enter are sent, without your personal details, to mapping services based in the European Union: Photon (Komoot, Germany) for address search and the IGN Géoplateforme (France) for routing and the base map.

If you choose to write via WhatsApp, the exchange is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) terms.

Retention periods

  • Request not followed by a ride: 12 months maximum.
  • Customer data: duration of the business relationship plus 3 years.
  • Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
  • Technical anti-abuse data (pseudonymised IP address): 24 hours.

Cookies and storage

The site sets a single technical session cookie (“azv”), strictly necessary for form security, deleted when the browser is closed. It is exempt from consent. No advertising, social media or audience measurement cookies are used. Fonts and libraries are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to Google or to a CDN while you browse.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: seb@azuriva-vtc.fr. You will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) (cnil.fr).

Safety

The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated submissions and data is stored in an area that cannot be accessed from the internet.
