Booking
How do I book a private chauffeur?
Online with the fare calculator, by phone on 07 86 80 59 09 or on WhatsApp, 24/7. Every request is personally confirmed by Sébastien.
How far in advance should I book?
The day before is usually enough for a simple ride. For an early-morning airport run, a wedding or a major event (Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix), book as early as possible.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give the passenger's name and phone number in the details: they will be contacted directly for the pick-up.
What is the difference between a VTC and a taxi?
A VTC must always be booked in advance, with a price set before the ride. There is no meter: the agreed amount does not change, even in traffic jams.
Rates
How is the price calculated?
Pick-up fee of €10, then €1.50 per kilometre in the Alpes-Maritimes (06), €2.50 per kilometre in the Var (83) and €1.80 per kilometre in Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël (each kilometre at the rate of the zone in which it is driven), minimum €50, tolls added. 20% surcharge from 21h to 7h and on Sundays and public holidays.
Are tolls included?
Yes, the tolls on the route are added to the estimate, in both directions for a return trip.
Can the fare change after booking?
No, unless you change the journey (additional stop, change of address, extended waiting time).
Airports and stations
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give your flight number: the pick-up time is adjusted to your actual arrival.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at Nice Airport?
In the arrivals hall of the stated terminal. The chauffeur's number is sent to you before the transfer.
Do you provide transfers to Marseille airport?
Yes, from anywhere in the Var and the Alpes-Maritimes, as well as to Saint-Charles station.
On board
How many passengers and bags?
Up to 4 passengers with their suitcases. Please mention any oversized luggage in your request.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request: please state the child's age when booking.
Are pets allowed?
Please mention it when booking: feasibility is confirmed depending on the animal and the journey.
